Estou muito feliz pela oportunidade de poder explorar o meu trabalho de Mural/Graffiti/Tattoo num formato estúdio e de vos poder mostrar o resultado! Irei apresentar uma série de obras inéditas, sobre temas que me cativam (Rebeldia, Existencialismo, Metamorfoses…) e que exploro neste universo visual que mistura Cartoon, Surrealismo e Metal.
💥Para celebrar este evento na véspera da inauguração, dia 18, irá acontecer uma Jam de Graffiti com muitos convidados especiais! (+info em breve).

[ENG] I am proud to invite you to the inauguration of Disruptive Behaviours, my first solo show, 19th of April at @factoryfusionhub in Lagos. A dream becoming a reality! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to take my work from its usual Mural/Graffiti/Tattoo environment and explore it in a Studio format. I will present a series of new Canvases that talk about several themes that Interest me like Rebellion or Existentialism all within this universe that blends Cartoon, Surrealism and Metal.
💥 In order to celebrate this event I am putting up a graffiti jam, on the 18th of April, with a lot of special guests! (+info soon).

Pin the date! Our weekly Yin Yoga class starts soon on Tuesday 10th March, at @factoryfusionhub

I'm going to start guiding a weekly yoga practice at @factoryfusionhub in downtown Lagos on Tuesday mornings, and it will go a little something like this ....
The class will be 75 minutes long, and although there will be a bit of warming flow, the majority of the practice will be yin yoga ✨️
Each class will have a different theme. As we are focusing on inner work, themes will be things like 'letting go' , 'freedom' and 'inner child' 🍃

🦋We'll start with some easy warm and release movements and deepen and slow our breath together 🌬
🦋We'll then warm our bodies and hearts with some flow
🦋We'll then relax into yin🧘‍♀️
🦋During the yin practice, there will be no standing asanas 🙃
🦋I have props like straps, blocks, and blankets to help you get comfy in each yin pose
🦋We will hold each pose for 3 minutes, but you will be free to exit the pose anytime if you feel it's done enough work 🙏

This practice is for you - not for me. You are not aiming to impress me or your neighbour... you are only aiming to feel good and to let go, in body and in mind 🌻🤎
This practice will not be focused on how you look aesthetically or on perfect alignment. Your focus will be on how you feel, within yourself 🪷
